Reservation term
Reservation in advance is accepted for 4+ nights. If the period of your stay is 2-3 nights, you can contact us 1 day before arrival, we will try to offer you some suitable options. If you need apartment in Kiev for one night only we can offer you accommodation on the day of your arrival (without prior reservation), please call us upon arrival, we will be willing to offer you available options.
Prepayment
Reservation of a definite apartment is considered to be complete after receiving of prepayment for 1 night of rent. Unfortunately we can not confirm reservation before prepayment is done, as apartment can be booked by other customer. That is why be prompt making your decision if you have found a suitable apartment.
Living conditions
- Check in time - 14.00 (2 pm), chec out time - 12.00 (12 am)
Please, note, late check in (before 18.00) is charged as half of daily rate. Early check in (before 14.00) and late check out (after 18.00) are charged as full daily rate. Please, inquire about early check in and late check out before making prepayment.
- Cleaning service is held every 4th day of your stay free of charge. Additional cleaning is charged.
- Apartments, displayed on the site can be used only for accommodation.
- If you want to leave earlier than the planned date, the rest of payment is not refunded. We can not make any refund if apartment is paid for 2 more days, but you decided to leave today. We need to have exact schedule of apartment vailability to be able to offer it to other interested customers.
- If you decide to extend you stay for several days, please contact ourt manager! We will check further apartment availability. If apartment is free - our manager will tell you about it, you need to pay apartment rent till 12 pm of the last paid day.
If apartment is booked, we will offer you other available options of the same quality, but unfortunately not always we can find same level and price accommodation in Kiev, especially when there are some national holidays or exhibitions.
Please, note:
- All furniture is in living conditions, we can not change furniture if you do not like colour, size etc. Furniture can be substituted in case the damage made by the previous customers can not be eliminated or furniture can not be repaired.
Cancellation of reservation
In case you cancel your reservation prepayment is non refundable. This is due to the fact, that apartment was kept especially for you for a definite period, for other customers interested in reservation apartment was not available.
If you do not arrive - prepayment is not refunded. If you want to change the dates of your stay you need to cancel oroginal reservation and make new booking for new dates (prepayment is again required).
